- 1). Go to the website in which you made your flight reservation using either a computer or PDA device with Internet access. If you used a travel package website (such as Orbitz or Expedia) you will still need to go to the airline website.
- 2). Click on the "Travel Information" or "Flight Reservation Information" button on your flight website. You will be prompted to provide your flight number and the date in which you will be departing. For certain airlines you may also be asked to provide your first name, last name and e-mail address. Upon entering this information, your flight information will appear on-screen or will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you gave the airline when you booked your flight. If you don't know your flight number, proceed to Step 5.
- 3). Check your e-mail to see whether the flight information is in your inbox if the airline website said that it would be e-mailed to you. This could take several minutes to reach your inbox. If you have not received an e-mail with your flight reservation information within 45 minutes, repeat Step 2.
- 4). Print out the airline's e-mail and post it in a place in which you will see it (such as on a refrigerator or bulletin board). Keep your confirmation numbers and trip itinerary information for the flight by your luggage the day of your flight so you don't forget it.
- 5). Call the airline if you are still having trouble obtaining your flight reservation information. An airline representative will be able to help you find your flight information and tell you why you are having difficulties finding your flight itinerary information online.
