Dreft Blissfuls is the newest offering in Procter & Gamble's Dreft line of products. If you are familiar with Downy Unstopables, Dreft Blissfuls will be very familiar as an in-wash scent booster.
The small pellets that dissolve in the wash cycle bring the scent of baby powder to any load of laundry. The product is safe to use on any washable fabric.
The pellets are added directly to the washer before clothes and water are added.They are safe to use in standard or high-efficiency (he) washers. Dreft Blissfuls can be used with any detergent (liquid or powder) and with any liquid fabric softener. They will dissolve in any water temperature (hot, warm or cold) but must be added to the washer drum at the very beginning of the wash cycle. The pellets should never be added to a washer's automatic dispensers because they probably won't dissolve completely. They cannot be used in a dryer to boost scent.
While a measuring cap is is provided that is around 2 ounces or about one-fourth cup, You may use that amount or as little or as much as you like.

Dreft Blissfuls is sold in 13.2 ounce and 19.5 ounce plastic containers that contains twenty-five percent or more post-consumer recycled plastic.

Dreft Blissfuls and the Procter & Gamble Story
Procter & Gamble began in 1837 when Cincinnati brother-in-laws, William Procter, a candlemaker, and James Gamble, a soapmaker, came together to form the company. In just twenty years, the company would reach one million dollars in sales. The company continued to grow during the Civil War when the Union Army awarded two contracts to Procter and Gamble to supply soldiers with soap and candles.

Dreft is a familiar brand on laundry detergent market shelves since it was introduced by Procter and Gamble in 1933 as a gentle detergent for fine fabrics. Since the 1950s, the marketing focus has been toward new mothers choosing Dreft for baby's laundry.
The introduction of Dreft Blissfuls and Dreft Stages in 2015 is the first innovation of Dreft in nearly fifty years. The line also includes Dreft Laundry Detergent Stage One for Newborn and Dreft Laundry Detergent Stage Two for Active Baby.
About Laundry Recommendation
If you like the scent of baby powder, Dreft Blissfuls will infuse your laundry with a strong and lasting perfume if you use the recommended capful. While the packaging clearly states that it is safe to use on baby's laundry, I would not recommend it for use on baby's laundry or small children because the product contains dye. Studies have shown that perfumes and dyes are the most frequent cause of skin irritation from laundry products. (Dreft laundry detergent does not contain dye.) you have chemical sensitivity or allergies, it is also not for you.
However, if you enjoy the scent and no one in your family shows any signs of allergies, then enjoy the baby fresh smell for days to come!
