Let's be honest.
Everyone wants to be the guy with a ton of energy who is always up for anything.
We all want to be the main character of a movie who walks into a room and everyone is ecstatic to see them, right? You know what I am talking about? The guy who is walking through his office high-fiving people, engaging in quick conversation with everyone he sees, making eyes at the attractive ladies in the office.
He is truly the big shot and has it all together.
While yes, these are the movies and fictional, many people we know have these same qualities.
They simply attract others to them.
Everyone wants to know them and be their friend.
So what do they have and we don't? Energy.
That's it? Energy? Well no, but energy is the core of all their popularity and likability.
With energy comes an outgoing, fun and crazy person.
When one is outgoing, fun and crazy, he or she attracts others to be around them and listen to what they have to say when they speak.
This creates confidence.
Confidence is what we all seek.
Gaining energy creates confidence.
And confidence is something people who lack energy truly need.
So how do we get it? That's a great question.
You can always drink coffee or energy drinks for a quick shot of caffeine, but we all know that's like fake energy.
We want real energy without the help of caffeine.
And to be honest, it lies 100% in what we consume on a daily basis.
The human body is an incredible machine and it needs a ton of vitamins and minerals to function fully throughout the day.
In order for a person to function properly throughout the day, they would need to consume 2 oranges, 9 avocados, 3 stalks of broccoli, 55 eggs, 1 cup of spinach, 3 cups of peas, 19 medium bananas, 62 oz of cheddar cheese, 5 large patties, 61 cups of tomatoes, 2 large watermelons, 17 oz of cherries, and 27 mushrooms in one day.
Yeah, that's crazy right?! Most people don't have the time, resources or quite frankly desire to consume all of that in one day to be energized.
It just doesn't make sense.
So how can you obtain energy if you need all of those fruits and vegetables? You have to find a health juice or healthpill that gives you all the essential vitamins and nutrients that fruits and vegetables offer.
There are plenty of well regarded companies out there that offer these types of products, you just have to find one that works for you.
