- 1). Click on the apple icon on the left of the menu bar.
- 2). Select System Preferences from the drop down list.
- 3). Click on the Growl Preference Panel, located in the "Other" section
- 4). Click on the Applications tab.
- 5). Disable Adium notifications by clicking the check mark to the right of Adium. The check mark indicates that Growl notifications are enabled for the listed application.
