Here, he shares with us his top 10 tips for healthy skin:

1. Use plenty of sunscreen - SPF 30-45 is recommended. Sun damage is the primary cause of wrinkles, blotches, dryness and, last but certainly not least, skin cancer.

2. Moisturize you r skin twice a day - if you scratch the surface of your skin and you see a white mark, this means your skin needs to be moisturized and exfoliated. Remember to choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type.

3. Drink plenty of water- water helps to purify your body and it leaves your skin with a healthier glow. Eight glasses of water a day is recommended to help keep your skin supple and maintain its elasticity. It's easier than it sounds. Drink one full glass before breakfast, one each at mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon and after work, one with dinner and one at bedtime. Your heart, lungs, kidneys, brain and skin will all thank you.

4. Wash your face every morning and night before bed, with a gentle cleanser formulated for your skin type. It doesn't have to be an expensive cleanser. A great soap to use is Dove Sensitive Skin. While you sleep, your skin rejuvenates so cleansing before bed time to get rid of dirt and oil buildup, fully allows healthy skin to develop.

5. Treat yourself to a professional exfoliation at least every two months. Removing dead skin cells which accumulate on the surface allows new, healthy skin to replace the exfoliated cells and allows your skin to breathe.

6. Try and avoid unnecessary stress - stress can make your skin look more dull and can be one of the main causes of breakouts. Taking two grams of Vitamin C a day is a good way to correct some of the stress related skin problems.

7. Exercise helps to increase skin tone and maintain elasticity from an increase of blood flow.

8. Take a multi-vitamin daily, with Vitamin D and Calcium for strong bones and a more vibrant complexion.

9. Avoid smoking and exposure to second hand smoke. Smoke alters the amount of oxygen in your blood which negatively effects the health of your skin and practically every other organ in the body.

10. Eat a well balanced diet- a diet that is rich in minerals, vitamins, and proteins can help maintain healthy, vibrant looking skin.
