No one likes a person with bad breath. Having breath that stinks is humiliating and embarrassing. It's also frustrating and a hassle trying to get rid of it. So, what I'm going to do is share with you the top cures for bad breath.

1. Eating yogurt is the first cure for bad breath. You should eat sugar-free or low carb yogurt twice a day for 6 weeks. Yogurt has bacteria in it that allow it to get rid of the bacteria in your mouth that cause it to stink.

2. Drinking green tea is another cure for bad breath. Drink one cup of green tea a day to help you get rid of your stinky breath. Green tea also has a lot of other great health benefits in it.

3. Another cure for bad breath is to drink plenty of water. You should drink at least 8 cups of water per day. You have to keep your mouth from getting too dry. When it gets dry, your breath will start to smell worse. So, be sure keep it moist and wet by drinking water.

4. Rinsing your mouth out with baking soda and water is another way to cure you bad breath. Mix a cup of warm water with baking soda and gargle with it for about one minute. After gargling with the mixture, you should spit it out.

5. Another cure for bad breath is to brush your teeth after each meal. By brushing your teeth after each meal, you will be able to clean your teeth, as well as clean food out of your mouth that cause your breath to stink. Also, make sure you floss your teeth and brush your tongue.
