How to Clean Mold From a Cement Patio

1). Remove all items from the cement patio and place them in a safe location. Sweep the patio clean with a broom. Cover nearby plants with a plastic tarp to prevent damage to them from the cleaning mixture.
2). Mix 1 gallon warm water with 1/2 cup trisodium phosphate if a 5-gallon bucket. You can use oxygen bleach to replace the trisodium phosphate.
3). Saturate a brush broom in the mixture. Begin scrubbing the patio with the saturated brush broom. Start at the area farthest away from the entrance and work toward it.
4). Let the mixture sit on the cement patio for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the patio clean with a water hose and let air dry for several hours. Replace the items back on the patio and remove the plastic tarp from the plants.
