Look Out For Hidden Trans Fats in Your Foods!

In this case, I'm talking about the labeling of trans-fats.
Consumers are becoming aware of these cancer causing ingredients and are putting it down in favor of other foods.
Labels are reflecting which foods have and don't have trans fats.
But are they really telling the truth? How do you really know? A food can display the zero grams trans fats label as long as the trans fat serving are less than 0.
5grams per serving.
But does it mean it has zero trans-fats? The answer to that lies in the ingredients.
Only then will you know whether a food has zero these fats or not.
Look out for the following ingredients.
If a food has the following ingredients, it has trans fats and therefore put it down.
