Insured Specific Access for Property Access

106 44
Definition: Insured specific access is a concept in title insurance whereby all easements, particularly ingress and egress access are included in the legal description of the property covered by the title insurance policy.

By using the phrase "Together with....." in the legal description, followed by the easement description, the coverage will be sure to include the access.

Examples: "Together with an easement for ingress and egress twenty feet wide along the southern boundary of the described property."
