- 1). Visit your airline's website to check the status of your flight using their online flight status tool.
- 2). Provide information pertaining to your flight including your departure city, arrival city, departure date and flight number. Some airlines allow you to check your flight's status using your name and the confirmation number you received when you purchased your tickets.
- 3). View your flight status. From here you have the option of entering your mobile device number or email address, which enables your airline to email or text message updates regarding your flights to your mobile device.
