- 1). Visit the website of any airline with which you are interested in becoming a frequent flyer program member.
- 2). Locate the link to the frequent flyer mile program on the airline's homepage. Click on it and begin the enrollment form.
- 3). Provide the airline with your name, address, phone number, email address, birthdate and create a user name and password so you can log on to your frequent flyer mile account at any time to check your balance or book flights.
- 4). Review the information you entered, correct any mistakes and submit your enrollment. The confirmation page contains your new frequent flyer mile program number. Use this number every time you book a flight on your airline to receive miles.
