Why are you using facial moisturizers anyway, do you know their purpose? Probably you are one of those aspiring fanatics of branded products that use facial moisturizers just like a fashion accessory so you could pamper your skin.
But are you sure enough how effective these products are for your skin and does it help your skin at all? Facial moisturizers functions as a rehydration product that would allow your skin to regain moisture and be relived from dryness.
Some facial moisturizers that are out in the market is not that reliable when it comes to other skin types, most of them are only concentrated with dry skin and that is not what your skin is looking for.
These products should be available to everybody and not limited to those who only have dry skin.
Our skin has a need to be hydrated most of the time and what is more important is that the facial area is always given its time to breathe and release its natural oils.
And being exposed to components that are harmful to the skin itself makes the skin vulnerable to certain bacteria.
For the skin to be able to regain moisture its should have the capability of rebuilding itself and you're probably wondering how can that be possible then.
There are two types of proteins needed by the skin to recreate healthy skin cells one is collagen which enhances the firmness of the skin and the other is elastin which improves the skins ability to be elastic.
These proteins are essential for skin renewal and being able to reproduce their forms may help in rejuvenation as well.
Other facial moisturizers include collagen as part of their ingredients but that is not actually the formula to make a facial moisturizer effective.
Collagen may actually lead to adverse effects that can not be tolerated by your skin and may complicate the problem.
What really has to be done is not to add collagen as an ingredient, but look for certain ingredients that would enhance the regrowth of collagen and have those ingredients added to the product.
Examples of the key ingredients that could help in the reproduction of healthy cells and the regrowth of collagen and elastin are Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame and Nanobelle Coenzyme Q10.
If you can't find these ingredients in your facial moisturizers then try to look for a product that has one because you'll find it more effective.
