In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a process by which an IVF done egg is fertilized by IVF donor sperm outside the body: in vitro ("in glass"). The operation involves monitoring and stimulating a woman's adulatory operation, removing ovum or ova (egg or eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting seed impregnate them in a fluid medium in a laboratory.
