- Tobacco and smoke has a way of changing your physical appearance. It colors your teeth, your skin discolors, and you age faster, when you speak, your breath stinks, just to mention a few.
- Women who smoke tobacco, tend to have difficulty getting pregnant, or even if they manage to get pregnant, they suffer from complications like ectopic pregnancy, miscarriages, or premature births. They experience various Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) problems like bloating, cramps, breast tenderness and pain. Men who smoke tobacco, they too may have problems like erectile dysfunction, low sperm count which can lead to infertility. I don't think you like to waste this part of your life, "guys, am I saying something?"

E-cigs are safe, can be used anywhere, and don't give up smoke, so there is no fear of second hand smoking. The vapor that is released contains no tobacco at all.
