- 1). Activate your voice mail by dialing "*78" and then pressing "Send" on the EnV3.
- 2). Dial into voice mail by dialing your cell phone number and pressing "Send."
- 3). Press "*" as soon as you hear the greeting start.
- 4). Dial "9999" as the security code for the first time accessing your voice mail.
- 5). Enter a new security code of your choice. This is your new password.
