Partner Snoring

Do you sleep in the same bed with a person who snores night in and night out? Does it irritate you just how much they seem to deeply enjoy their sleep while all you do is toss and turn about in bed due to the annoying noise they produce as they snore? Partner snoring can get worse if the snoring partner is not willing to accept that they have a snoring problem and are neither willing to seek self-help cures or medical attention.
Snoring is caused by a diversity of factors.
They include blockage of the nasal cavity due to a flu, enlarged tonsils that block the air pathway along the upper throat, small jaws, long tongue, excess fatty tissues in the neck area, smoking among many other factors that are actually inherited.
All the factors above are something to be concerned about because they could point to more serious health problems than just snoring.
Partner snoring can be checked in a number of ways but the most effective would be to ensure that your partner sleeps with the head elevated a bit higher than the rest of the body.
This way, the tongue is prevented from slipping backwards and therefore it does not strike against the uvula.
The jaws are also supported and do not collapse.
One can also avoid sleeping on the back because this is among the major causes of snoring.
Cutting on the weight gets rid of the fatty layer of tissue around the neck and thus air flows freely.
Other approaches that will cure partner snoring are eating a proper diet and avoiding high calorie foods.
Medical approaches to the curing of snoring will entail the use of homeopathic medicines and nasal strips that help clear the nasal cavity and keep airway un congested.
