Doing this about 10 to 20 times each day is another way that you can battle against stretch marks.
These are just a couple of the many exercises you can begin performing that will allow you to combat stretch marks.
Avoiding marks on the abdomen can be particularly challenging for pregnant women.
Women who are pregnant are more likely to get these scars than any other segment of the population.
For a pregnant woman, they could be a result of hormonal changes in their body.
