- 1). Remove the covers from the pillows.
- 2). Wash pillow covers on the hottest cycle on the washing machine that the material can tolerate.
- 3). Put the pillows in the washing machine if the washing directions allow it.
- 4). Bang the pillows out if they cannot be washed. Stand outdoors or with the pillow hanging out of window or door.
- 5). Use a thick book or stick and bang it against the pillow repeatedly. Keep hitting the pillow until no more particles come out.
- 6). Vacuum the pillow with the small brush attachment on the hose.
