I would have to honestly say no, it's not the best. Good, yes. Best, no. I have read quite a few comments about issues with delayed shipping and customer service response times. Also, about their e cigs not lasting as long as the rest and their flavors not being that flavorful. However, I read quite a lot of good reviews as well.

I still think it would be worth a try if you are looking to find an inexpensive option and they do have the guarantee if you aren't satisfies but I definitely think there are other better choices.
