End Panic Attacks by Stopping What Feeds Them

It can be hard for some of us to find ways to end panic attacks, but it doesn't need to be.
Every single day thousands of people find a way to overcome their problems with anxiety and panic, and there's no reason why you can't become one of them.
The key, I've found, is to focus all your time and effort on the one or two areas of your life that are most responsible for your excess anxiety.
When you do this, and you stick to it, you will end panic attacks.
Each of us is different, so your one or two areas may be different to mine, but there are certain anxiety causes that are shared by everyone who lives with an anxiety or panic disorder.
And one of those is anger.
Anger is a very dangerous thing.
For example, anger causes more heart attacks than anything else.
That might come as a surprise to you, because most people would assume the leading cause of heart attacks is stress, or cholesterol.
And just as anger can affect you physically, it can affect you psychologically.
Anger can turn a modest amount of anxiety into an unbearable amount of anxiety.
Anger can even cause anxiety when otherwise you would have had none.
All kinds of negative chemicals and hormones are triggered when you experience anger.
These chemicals and hormones can single-handedly be causing your problems with anxiety.
So now that you know how damaging anger can be to your physical and mental health, you can start doing things to limit your anger, and hopefully to prevent it completely.
Simply being aware of how damaging anger is to you is the best way to stop it.
When you notice anger building in you, however small it may be and for whatever reason, remind yourself of what it will do to you if you don't control it.
This alone will stop the majority of your anger.
You should also take a look at mindfulness meditation.
It's great for reducing anger and stress, and at fighting off anxiety in general.
If you want to end panic attacks, learning to control your anger is one of the most important steps you'll take.
