Sleeping with make-up on is a sin no women should commit

According to a survey conducted by Daily Mail, one third of women, who participated in the survey, confessed to be sleeping with their make-up on.  To demonstrate how badly leaving make-up on in night can affect your skin, one of the reporters of the UK daily took on the challenge of leaving her makeup on for an entire month. The results where shocking. By the third day of sleeping in make-up, she developed tiny white cysts around her eyelashes and her skin felt dry and taut.

She had a swollen eye after 10 days and looked really tried all day. After a month, dermatologist told her that her skin texture was substantially worse than the previous month, her wrinkles had become deeper and pore size increased. This all was just due to her decision of leaving the layers of make-up on. The layers of those chemical products blocked oxygen from reaching the skin. It also made her skin dry and caused bacterial growth. Her pores increased in size because of clogging.

Step 1: Remove make-up

Never sleep with make up on, no matter how tired you are. According to experts, sleeping in any kind of makeup - organic, mineral - can cause damage to your complexion.
