Balancing Your Energies
You energy is your life support.
It is the basis from which you draw your entire existence.
You energy will determine how creative you are, how much exercise you get and how much love you can give.
What do you do when they are out of balance? Energy is like your bank account.
If you don't balance your checkbook regularly, you won't see that you're paying out all kinds of little fees that sneak up on you and empty out your account without your knowledge or permission.

And the same can be said for your energy.
Step 1: Run a check In order to balance your energies, it's important to see where you are losing money or energy without your conscious awareness.
First you need to monitor your energies, where do they go? To whom? What stories are you supporting? What type of thoughts do you chew on all day long? Is it work, relationships, finances? Step 2: Do you agree with this investment? Once you begin to see where you energies are going, you can move to the second task and ask yourself, is this where I want them to go? You need to decide if your energy deposits into whatever situation, event or relationship is worth your investment.
If you want balance, then you need to be feeding the areas of your life that you like and stop wasting your energy on the situations, events and problems that don't bring you peace or happiness.
The key is to find a phrase or sentence that brings some sort of relief in the moment.
You don't have to get too ambitious.
Just aim to unplug your circuits from the more negative story and create one that is just a little bit better feeling for you.
