Outdoor Bar Stools Make For the Best Barbecues
There are so many things to consider; the guest list, the menu, the beverages, a wait staff, and perhaps most importantly, seating for all of your guests.
Another important thing to plan is the motif of the event.
Is it going to be an elegant cocktail party, indoors? Or a fun and low key barbecue outside? There are a lot of important aspects to check off when you're hosting a party, but it should also be fun if you plan it accordingly.
Let's say you're going for a laid back barbecue.
First, and foremost, you're going to want to do the guest list.
You want to have an equal men versus women ratio.
This is very important, because you don't want the women to feel intimidated by too many men, but you also don't want them feeling intimidated by too many other women.
You want to include your closest friends, as well as a few random people.
It's also suggested that you ask a few friends to each bring a friend.
This way, there is a more dynamic group of people, and it adds a bit of excitement when you're put in that situation.
Secondly is the menu and beverage list.
Of course in most circumstances the beverage list should be pretty versatile.
You'll want a few mixers, a few bottles of alcohol, maybe a nice merlot, and a decent assortment of domestic beers.
The food on the other hand, can be a bit tricky.
You may want to do a bit of background research to see if anyone is a vegetarian, or has any serious food allergies.
There should be some simple appetizers, like veggies/chips and dip, or chips and salsa.
You may also want to do something a bit more sophisticated, like shrimp or pigs in a blanket.
This will get people's appetite going, and your Grill Master cannot disappoint.
Please note the Grill Master can be appointed ahead of time if you're not going to do it yourself.
In order to do this, prepare for an assortment of requests, a simple way to do this is to get some standard BBQ food, like hot dogs, hamburgers, and steak tips or chicken.
You may want to consider salmon or turkey burgers as well.
You'll want to prepare the steak tips or chicken a day prior to the party, and marinate them in a delicious sauce.
I recommend an Italian Salad Dressing, or well known brand of Barbecue sauce.
Let it sit for the night, and throw them on the grill when you're ready for a flavor explosion in your mouth.
Another mandatory item on the menu should be a vegetable medley.
Get some peppers; yellow, green and red make for a nice color combination.
Slice them up, add some salt and pepper and drizzle some Italian salad dressing on them.
Put on a piece of tinfoil, and toss them on the grill for a few minutes.
You can also set it up as a kabob, which people always enjoy.
Now that the guest list and menu are taken care of, it's on to the seating of your guests, which is obviously directly proportional to the amount of fun that your guests have.
If you have a patio and chairs that's great, but the most important element of the seating arrangement, and your barbecue's success are the Outdoor Bar Stools.
There are many styles and designs of barstools you can go with, regardless of the type you choose it will bring a new dimension to your back yard.
See, parties aren't so hard to throw, as long as you have the right tools and know-how to do it correctly.
The summer is the perfect time to get people together and enjoy the company, weather, food and furniture!
