To ensure the integrity of the page, Microsoft Exchange Server use Checksum. The Eseutil command with its parameter k is used to check the page level integrity of the Information Store (IS) Database. If you find any error in the results shown by the command, then you need to repair the pages that are corrupted. You can recover the database from the backup if you have.
