FORECLOSURE...You can avoid it too!

So many of us in the United States are loosing our jobs, and facing foreclosure [http://forclosureanxiety.blogspot.com/] & financial ruin, and there is an influx of Americans that are living a mentally strenuous lifestyle, in fear of having everything that they have worked for taken away by the bank. Statistics show, that these trying times gas caused the divorce rate to shoot through the roof in the last decade. These are tough times, we all know it, however only a slim portion of us can truly cope with a foreclosure, or job loss, and keep our sanity, and since I am one of those fortunate few, I want to help the rest of the unfortunate souls who have been faced with the monster we call foreclosure. Here are a few tips about coping with foreclosure anxiety, that may help those of you that would typicaly throw in the towel otherwise.

Can I Avoid Foreclosure?

Most of us that face foreclosure, know long before we are in jeopardy of loosing our home. It's not a secret that employment rates are on a decline, and unemployment benefits (for those that are luck enough to qualify for them) is NEVER enough to cover our monthly bills. So why for so many people is foreclosure a big supprise? Well kids, the old addage that "denial" is not just a river, is very relevant to the subject. If one knows that he or she is no longer making enough money to cover monthly expenses, then he/she needs to alter his/her spending habits, and RIGHT AWAy! Don't wait until the well runs dry to decide that you can no longer afford to do the things you used to do. Simply curtail unnecessary spending immediately. What exactly is unnecessary you ask, anything not essential to survival. Some may have a difference of opinion when asked, what is necessary, but necesity is truly equal for all of us.

Our bills must get paid, but do we NEED all the bills we pay?
