Cholest Control is marketed as a cholesterol-lowering supplement by a company called Vadik Herbs. We like the fact that it is basic. Nowadays, it is possible to find a number of cholesterol-lowering drugs; some of the brand-names may even be so familiar to us that we may instantly recognize them. On the same note, we may also be quite familiar with the unpleasant, and sometimes dangerous, side effects that many of these drugs may have. For instance, statins are commonly known to potentially cause muscular atrophy in some individuals.

Opposed to such drugs are natural formulas. Usually, if we shop right and look at trustworthy manufacturers, all-natural products may be way better than synthetic products. We believe that the same applies for cholesterol-lowering formulas as well. Therefore, we will take a closer look at the Cholest Control ingredients and conclude whether it may really be an effective product with potential benefits, or whether there may be better formulas on the market.

Cholest Control contains some of the following ingredients: Commiphora Mukul, Teminalia Arjuna, Inula Racemosa and Embelia Ribes. These ingredients are said to be Ayurvedic, and the supplement is said to be formulated with "no preservatives, artificial coloring or flavorings." We like the concept of taking completely natural herbs. However, we could not find scientific evidence linking these Ayurvedic herbs with lowered cases of LDL levels.
