Increase Penis Size Naturally - The 3 Best Exercises For a Longer, Thicker and Stronger Manhood!

There are various ways to make your penis bigger, however, the majority of them seem far too dangerous and scary to me.
This is why I decided to increase my penis size naturally by using exercises.
Penis enlargement exercises have been practiced by literally millions of guys all around the world for many years.
I was originally very skeptical, but I decided I had nothing to lose so I gave exercise a go! My results may not have been spectacular, but I am extremely happy to say that I am living proof that penis enlargement exercises can make your penis bigger! In this article I would like to introduce you to 3 of my favourite penis enlargement exercises.
1) Horse440 Squeeze - The Horse440 squeeze is a fantastic penis enlargement exercise that basically incorporates 2 exercises into one movement.
So you could say you are getting double the benefit with this exercise! It involves jelqing and kegels at the same time.
Form an OK sign by touching your thumb and forefinger together on one hand.
Wrap around your manhood near the base and then firmly "milk" down the shaft and stop just before the head.
At exactly the same time you should be tensing your PC muscle (this is the muscle you squeeze to stop yourself from urinating).
Then repeat with the other hand.
One session should involve 50-100 repetitions.
2) The Sit Down Stretch - WARNING - This exercise is not for beginners! If you have never used any penis enlargement exercises before, do not attempt this exercise.
Your manhood will need to be extremely strong and fit to perform this exercise and I would suggest you only try this once you have been "working-out" for at least a month.
This involves pulling your flaccid penis as far down as possible and then gently sitting on your member.
You can choose to stay in this position for anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
This will give a fantastic stretch to all the penis ligaments, but especially the suspensory ligament that runs along the top of the shaft and is essential in making your penis bigger, thicker and longer.
3) The Hanging Towel - This exercise can make your penis bigger, but is mainly intended to give you a far stronger manhood and increase your staying power.
There is no point in having a massive member if it is unable to perform (if you see what I'm saying!) Sit on a chair and ensure that you are fully erect.
Place a small towel over your penis and then squeeze your PC muscle to lift the towel and then contract your PC muscle to lower the towel.
You should notice your penis becomes extremely hard during this exercise due to the increased blood flow.
It is this increased blood flow that can expand the penile tissues to eventually increase your penis size naturally.
