- 1). Locate the rectangular slot on the left side of your Instinct labeled "Micro SD" and use your fingers to gently pry it open. The end of the SD card will now be exposed in the slot.
- 2). Push the end of the card slightly in and it will then partially pop out of the compartment. Pull the SD card out and set it aside.
- 3). Connect your Instinct to your computer via the included USB cable. Consult your user guide if you are having problems locating the USB port in your computer.
- 4). Open the "Control Panel" from your computer's desktop and click the "System Preferences" option.
- 5). Select the "Create New Network" option and select "Dial-up." You will then be prompted to enter a username and phone number for the dial-up connection.
- 6). Enter any name you wish in the username field and then Enter "777" in the phone number field. Click "OK" to complete and then open your Internet browser. You can now surf the net because your Instinct is acting as the modem.
