Gynecomastia or more commonly referred to as man boobs is a not an uncommon condition that hits most boys when they are entering adolescence and in a few it never seems to go away; leading to life long shame, humiliation and embarrassment.
  It doesn't have to be that way...
There are a couple of options available to you that can help with this condition.
Exercise - In many cases; what may appear to be man boobs is really nothing more than excess weight gain.
  In these cases, exercise may be exactly what the doctor ordered.
  Weight lifting wont most likely help in these cases.
  You will want to try aerobics, running and pectoral specific exercise (push ups, etc) in order to burn through chest fat quickly.
Diet - The flip side of exercise is diet.
  You cant really exercise without dieting, and expect to see much of an impact.
  To gain the biggest bang for your buck, avoid all processed foods, meaning no white bread, pasta's or candy.
  Increase your intake of fresh fruits, vegetables and water and you should begin to see overall fat loss and  a sharper physique.
Surgery - The nuclear option; I would avoid this option if possible, first off its expensive, second its invasive and could have implications that you most likely are best off avoiding.
