How to Remove Pet Odor From a Floor
- 1). Remove any solid matter, and throw it away. Soak up as much liquid matter as possible with paper towels, and then place a layer of paper towels over the stain. Place a layer of newspaper on top of the paper towels, and then stand on top of the stain to absorb as much liquid as possible.
- 2). Using a small container, rinse the soiled area with clean, cool water. Let the water sit for several seconds.
- 3). Use a wet-dry vacuum to clean up the wet area, and extract all the liquid. You can rent a wet-dry vacuum at a hardware store or home warehouse store.
