How to Clean Oily Kitchen Cabinets
- 1). Fill one bucket with a few drops of liquid dish soap and 1 gallon of warm water. Fill the other bucket with cool water.
- 2). Scrub the cabinets with soft cloth or sponge and the warm, soapy water. If you have wooden cabinets, scrub with the grain. Use a stepladder or stool to reach any high oil spots.
- 3). Pay special attention to the areas around drawer pulls and knobs, as well as around the stove.
- 4). Rinse your sponge out, then rinse the cabinets with the cool water.
- 5). Dry the cabinets with the clean towel. Dry in the direction of the grain if your cabinets are wood.
