Jelqing Basics.
Jelqing is thought to have originated in Arabic culture, where a bigger penis was seen as a sign of power.
The basis idea is to strengthen and thicken the penis.
The exercises do this by pushing more blood into the Corpora Cavernosa (the chambers in the penis which fill with blood to give you an erection).
The extra blood allows the chambers to stretch further than normal, and so the result is a bigger stronger erection.
If you carry out these natural penis enlargement exercises on a regular basis, you will get more length and - very importantly for the woman in your life - more girth.
Beginner Jelqing Exercises As with any exercises, it is very important that you warm up before and warm down afterwards.
Jelqing, using only your hands, is a very safe penis enlargement method, but it must be properly performed.
The easiest way to warm up is to put hot water (but not too hot) on a wash cloth, and hold this on the penis for 1 to 2 minutes.
This will encourage blood into the area, which will make the exercises safer and more effective.
You can use exactly the same technique as a warm down.
Once you've done this, you are ready to start the exercises.
This is the best beginner exercise.
With your penis in a semi erect state, lubricate both your hands and your penis - baby oil is good to use.
Make an OK sign using your thumb and index finger of your right hand, and tightly grip the base of your penis with the 'O'.
Hold the penis head using your left hand, and firmly 'milk' the penis, forcing blood to the head.
This fills and expands the chambers.
Once your right hand touches your left hand, swap hands, and milk with the left, keeping the right holding the head.
Keep this alternating routine going for about 2 minutes (or 100 strokes).
After about 1 week, you can gradually build up the length of time you spend doing the jelqing exercises.
Do not overdo it to start with, as it is possible to damage blood vessels, which could be painful and lead to infection.
However, if you are sensible, and continue to perform these exercises on a regular basis, jelqing is a safe and natural penis enlargement method.
