How to Have Wonderful Sleep - Identify the Problems of Insomnia

Insomnia has become a problem so common that there are already many different 'solutions' to tackle this problem.
People always tend to work on their own ways to treat this disease without telling anyone, many people have come out with different 'solutions' to this problem.
However, as we know that people are not perfect and very often will make mistakes.
