End System Processes

• 1). Press the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Esc" keys at the same time to start the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab in the Task Manager's window.
  
  
• 3). Select "GenAvir.exe" from the list of processes and click the "End Process" button at the bottom of the window.
  
  
• 4). Repeat Step 3 for "GeneralAntivirus.exe," "Iv.exe," "services.exe" and "Unins000.exe."
  
  
• 5). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Remove Registry Entries

• 1). Go to the "Start" menu, type "regedit" in the "Start Search" box and hit "Enter" to start the Registry Editor.
  
  
• 2). Browse to and delete the following registry entries:

• 3). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Search and Delete Files

• 1). Go to the "Start" menu, type "General Antivirus.lnk" in the "Start Search" box and hit "Enter." Delete all search results.
  
  
• 2). Repeat Step 1 for "General Antivirus," "iGSh.png," "iMSh.png," "iPSh.png," "iv.exe," "pguard.ini," "2saSddPYaWAasRsE-thief.jpg" and "GeneralAntivirus.exe."
  
  
• 3). Restart your computer.
