There are certain hurdles that you have to get over and be able to deal with if you are going to overcome premature ejaculation.
There are some common triggers that can make you prematurely ejaculate, here are some of them.
When you undress and a woman grabs your penis it may cause you to prematurely ejaculate, when a woman gives you oral sex it may also very quickly make you want to ejaculate.
You may experience something called penetration anxiety, when you are about to penetrate your woman you get this feeling of anxiety, either you can't keep your erection strong enough to enter your woman or you prematurely ejaculate as soon as you enter her.
I am going to give you techniques on how you can get over these hurdles, but I am going to focus most of this writing on how you can get over the last one called penetration anxiety.
This one is the worst type because you have done all the work.
It is the last step of foreplay, this is where real sex starts.
You have been playing with her body and you have made her feel great about herself, as she gets more comfy and more aroused around you her vagina will start craving something inside it.
She will start undressing you because she wants you.
After doing all this work, after getting her as aroused as you can get her, after playing with her and filling her with sexual anticipation there is nothing worse than having her spread her legs and not being able to perform because you lose your erection or you ejaculate as soon as you stick it in.
It is one of the most embarrassing things that can happen and even if she is understanding it will be very difficult for her to go from all that anticipation and excitement down to no penetration and no orgasm without getting upset.
A failure to penetrate your partner can be caused by 3 things.
1.
Anxiety
Are you experiencing any type of anxiety? If you are then make sure to address it anyway you can.
You don't want to be anxious when you are having sex.
While she is giving you oral sex or while she is giving you manual stimulation you will be able to keep your erection going even if you are anxious because the stimulation is so strong from her hand and her mouth.
But when you transition to vaginal sex with a condom it simply isn't enough to keep you going and you will either prematurely ejaculate or lose your erection.
2.
Weak Erections
If you are masturbating every day and you do so with a firm hand-grip then you will end up with weak erections.
You may also have a weak erection that isn't enough to keep you going because you don't have proper foreplay.
3.
Pornography
If you have penetration anxiety then you most likely have penetration anxiety that is made worse by porn or even created by your porn habits.
You have to quit porn for at least 8 weeks if you want to get over penetration anxiety.
If you want to be able to grab your partner, penetrate her without feeling any type of worry or fear and also know that you can last in bed to satisfy her then you have to get rid of any anxiety that you feel, you also have to stop masturbating with a firm hand-grip and foreplay needs to be more than 10 minutes long.
If you watch porn, time to stop.
Make sure that your foreplay is long and hot, and avoid masturbating every day.
Quit all porn for 8 weeks or even better, quit porn forever.
Do these 3 things and you will never go soft again or prematurely ejaculate when you enter or a minute or so after.
