Candida Recipes - Foods You Wouldn't Believe Contain Yeast And What You Should Be Eating

101 16
There is a reason why 75% of women will experience yeast infection at some point during their lives, and why the disease is on the rise...

It seems to be that in this day and age you can't judge supermarket products by what you see. There are countless chemicals within them that, in large quantities, are dangerous.

Poultry, meat, fish... It's scandalous. For a fast recovery use candida recipes."

Consumers may be buying medication but they are not aware that the issue keeps with the foods they eat. The products will remedy the condition for a while, but they don't heal as deep as what's needed.

When it comes to healthy living, you diet is the first step. Without it there is no chance of a healthy and happy life. And with it, you have the best chances of one. If you neglect your diet, no quantity of drugs will rid you of yeast infection.

It's better to know what popular foods DO contain yeast so you can avoid them. This is because it can cause your condition to grow more severe. For that reason, I'm introducing this article with a list of foods that are typically swimming in the stuff. With a bit of luck you will see one or two food items that you weren't mindful of, and that you may have accidently eaten. When you make the decision to to re-think the foods you are eating I greatly maintain that it's the best approach to start with foods that you should refrain from.

Foods to Pass Over:

Bread derived Products --

Bread, as a general approach, is made with yeast. Yeast free breads are now freely optional but they also have a high ticket cost. You should steer clear of anything that comes under the bread category. This includes rolls, bagels and a few, not all cakes.

Items derived from sugar --

Candida absolutely loves sugar; Sugar will just make your condition deteriorate.

Fruits --

This may surprise you, but it is highly recommended that you completely eliminate fruit from your diet – but just during the early stages. This is for two reasons:

-    Simple sugars are extracted from fruit when they are in the digestive tract. As you aware, candida loves sugar and these simple sugars cause yeast to be created.

-    The skin of many fruits, for example grapes and plums, hold yeast.

Vegetables --

While fruit is prohibited, vegetables on the other hand are very much promoted. If you weren't eating enough vegetables before your condition this is a great reason to increase the rations. I do want to say, though, there is one vegetable that you must leave alone:

-    Mushrooms

Most Alcoholic Drinks --

Alcohol should be taken from your diet. A brewer's yeast and sugar is used to make alcohol, so buy at your own risk.

Foods You Can Consume:

Most people agree that the high complex carbohydrate diet is the most successful in overcoming yeast infection. I encourage you to add these foods to your eating plans for a minimum of 1 month, before stopping. The reason is that you need to stay with it long enough for your body to really benefit. Naturally, if your health is improving it's worth-while to stay with the foods. (And don't over-indulge once you go back to your former foods.) Essentially, have one meal of fish/meat or chicken (protein) per day, and eat as many vegetables as possible. The high-veg diet will see to it that you are cured of yeast illness in a matter of weeks.

Yogurt --

Enusre you only purchase yogurts with healthy bacteria. Other Recommendations:

-    Porridge, quinoa -    RyVita dry breads

Vegetables --

I really encourage you to choose vegetables with at least 3 different meals throughout the day. And if you want to get the most out of your veg, eat them completely raw. If you want to know why... Through cooking most vegetables you lose organic ingredients because they disappear when heated.

-    Garlic – This ancient remedy was used as far back as the Egyptians so it's got to do something. You do come away with a dog's breath but they are working magic on the inside!

-    Onions – Onions come at a close second to garlic as they contain sulphur that aids in bringing down levels of yeast.

Herbs --

Herbs have been the stuff of miracle cures and wonder remedies for eons. Just as well they still are then. Their capabilities are perhaps overstated in stories but they are still wonderful none-the-less

-    Basil – Basil has antifungal qualities that make it the perfect natural antidote for yeast infection.

-    Cumin - Cumin has the same elements as basil - decide which one you prefer by trying each one.

-    Oregano - These famously pungent leaves are a welcome addition to ommlettes.

Meat --

I encourage you to spend a little more on this one source of protein. If the meat you get has 'additives' it may do more harm than good so spend a little extra to counterbalance for your weaker immune system.
