Bushcraft and Survival training is an important skill for anyone who spends time in the outdoors. What would you do in an emergency situation where you found yourself in a sudden storm, or lost while hiking or hunting? How about if your car broke down in a deserted place on the road? Many situations arise every year where people are "thrown" into these dilemmas, some costing pain and suffering, or even the loss of life. Bushcraft training teaches people each year in the knowledge and skills needed to stay alive until rescue help arrives.

When found in an emergency situation many people panic.. costing them time.. or even their lives! Learn how to assess the situation and remain calm and confident, knowing that you have the skills to survive any crisis.

A person can only survive for 3 hours exposed to the elements. We walk you through everything that you need to know to build an expedient shelter no matter what the conditions, with whatever materials that you have on hand. Once you have your shelter, you also need to know how to make a fire with and without matches or a lighter... no matter if it is dry or if it has been raining for days.

Since most rescue occurs within 3 days of a person being lost or incapacitated in the bush, food isn't that big of a necessity.. but water is! A human is made up of about 75% water and can only live (functioning) for about 3 days without it. You must know how to find water and how to purify it so that you don't get sick.

There are many other skills and tricks you can learn to help you survive in any situation you might find yourself in. How to navigate if you need to move, how to procure food in the wild, how to make basic needs that you might find yourself without (primitive clothing, cordage, bowls, cups, and utensils, etc). Perhaps most important of all is the knowledge of what to carry with you at all times in order to be able to meet your basic needs, and how to pack it out most effectively for the situations that might arise.

One of the worst mistakes that you could think is that "it could never happen to me." There is no reason not to be prepared. If you spend time out in the woods, camping, hiking, or hunting get some training that will give you the knowledge and confidence to be able to help yourself and your loved ones.. It just might save your life one day!
