B-complex vitamins can help reduce swelling, while vitamins C and E can act as anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory agents.
Taking vitamins alone is by no means the cure for arthritis but is does help to supplement a complete treatment regimen.
Others things you should also consider are natural supplements like Glucosamine, MSM and Chondroitin.
These supplements help to rebuild cartilage and repair damage joints.
You should also incorporate walking and water aerobics to keep joints limber.
