- 1). Install Motorola Phone Tools onto the computer by inserting the CD and following the Installation Wizard. If your phone did not come with the software, you can purchase it online from MOTO STORE, on the Motorola website.
- 2). Turn on your Motorola RAZR. Connect it to the computer, using a USB cable or Bluetooth, after you have successfully installed Motorola Phone Tools.
- 3). Click "Transfer Files" and then "Audio Files" from the Welcome Screen on Motorola Phone Tools, which should start shortly after plugging in your phone. You will see a list of your audio files.
- 4). Select the directory where you want the music file to be saved under the Mobile phone view, which is located along the right-hand side of the Phone Tools screen.
- 5). Select the desired music file from the left-hand side of the Phone Tools screen under My Computer. Click on the arrow pointing left, which is located between My Computer and Mobile phone, to transfer the file from the computer to the phone.
- 6). Safely eject your USB device or end your Bluetooth connection with your computer.
