There are several value-priced accommodations to choose from, but the best pricing is during the area's "low season." • The Yellowstone Park Hotel opened in 2007. This boutique-style hotel with a western motif is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Yellowstone Park Hotel is also just two blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The smoke-free hotel features free wireless Internet access in the lobby and free wired Internet access in all rooms. Hotel amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, an exercise room and free parking. The complimentary breakfast buffet includes waffles. The lowest room rates are for guestrooms with either a single king bed or two queen beds. As of September 2010, rates start at $79.00 during the low season. Stage Coach Inn

• The Stage Coach Inn has a lot of western ambience for the price. With its knotty pine paneling, lobby fireplace and oversized furniture, the Stage Coach Inn looks like an upscale ski lodge. The hotel features two hot tubs and a sauna, guest laundry facilities, heated underground parking and complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. All rooms offer free wireless Internet access. The onsite Coachroom Lounge has poker tables, keno, a large-screen television and seasonal live entertainment. The inn is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The lowest room rates are for second-floor standard guestrooms, accessible by the sweeping lobby staircase or by elevator. As of September 2010, the rates for standard rooms with king or double queen beds start at $59.00 during the low season. There is no charge for children under 17 in the same room. If you want even more value, the Stage Coach Inn offers discount packages starting at $81.00 per person.
