Two Tips Before You Start Any Penis Enlargement Program - I Went From 5.5" To Very Well Hung!

I went from a much smaller than average penis size of only 5.
5 inches long and just under 5 inches around to very well hung in both length and girth by using a penis enlargement program that enabled me to get permanently larger using nothing but my own two hands.

Do a "beginner's routine" for two weeks before you start any advanced program.

Not including the time you spend warming up your penis, a beginner's routine shouldn't take more than about 5 minutes.
You want to do this for about two weeks before you start an advanced penis enlargement exercise program because the beginner's program conditions your penis to respond positively to the exercises which are targeted to make it bigger.
If you just take these two short weeks to "warm your penis up," so to speak, you will actually gain faster with the advanced program than if you just jumped right in to it without doing the beginner's program first.

More is not always better.
Take at least two days off per week, preferably three.
As I mentioned above, your penis actually grows on your off days.
So if you don't take any off days, obviously you aren't giving your penis a chance to grow.
It's just like going to the gym.
Why do you think bodybuilders only work out the same body part about two times per week.
It's because they use the remaining days to allow the muscle tissue to regenerate and grow bigger and stronger.
Your penis is not a muscle, but the principle is very similar.
My preferred course of action was to work my penis out Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
That way I was never working it more than two days in a row, and I got three full days off from penis exercises every week, including the weekends.
The fringe benefit to having weekends off was that if I got "lucky," if you know what I mean, my penis was fresh and ready for action!Using this methodology allowed me to go from a puny 5.
