These lists are good to the extent that they help you to get organized and motivated. However, don't unnecessarily burden yourself with too much of those. Feel free to adjust the lists in order to suit them to your current situation. If in any event that you can't complete all the items that you have listed, simply let go of it and don't feel bad about yourself for not completing the task. Let go of the tight mentality that you have to finish all things at one go and be more open to other possibilities. This leads to the next point.
 Be fluid and less rigid
