Sage - Soak bunch of sage in boiling water.
Leave to cool and gargle with the water as you would with mouth wash, before bedtime.
Milk - Drink half a cup of milk before going to bed.
Aromatherapy oil.
Steaming your sleeping area with aromatherapy oils specifically Marjoram will assist in reducing snoring.
Place a drop or two Marjoram oil right next to you in a container on your bedside table or drop it directly unto your pillow.
Tennis Ball - Sleeping on your back is the number one cause of snoring.
By merely changing your sleeping position, the terrible noise can be stopped.
Sew a tennis ball onto the back of your sleep shirt or pyjamas.
As this will make it impossible to sleep on you back.
No Pillow.
Sleep without a pillow or a solid, flat one.
Pillows have a tendency to bends your neck in turn causing possible airflow interruptions.
No fat and salt.
Avoid fatty and salty foods in general but specifically before going to bed.
