Keeping Yourself Interested

Ask yourself what ways can I as a person stay interested? You may need to give your self more free time to enjoy your own company.
Where do you feel you belong? Building ways to keep yourself occupied.
Where is your special place to be? Some of the ways I stay interested are to have things around me that I can hear, touch, smell, see, and even taste.
For example one thing I like to do is listen to my favorite music, watch exciting videos, smell that special fragrance of mine or my fiances.
Now you need to know when you are working to much, and when to call for a break.
So play around to see what might get you off that edge of stress you are having.
Open your time for fun and thrilling events.
To give your body a sense of pleasure by seeking for it.
You may be thinking where can I fit in to gain respect from people.
Well ask yourself where you want or need to be, at a given time.
For instance you may need to get a glass of water to renew your self.
that means get up and do it immediately when you feel the urge.
You have to feel your self up with respect before you can gain it from some one else.
To fit in all you need to do is customize your output or the words you use in your speaking.
When you have nothing you like to do, just jog in place till you come up with an idea.
Not only will you have exercise but as well you will have to think of an idea before you can stop moving your body.
Trust me you will feel great during your initial thinking.
If you are having trouble finding a place to to be at in a given moment.
Ask your self where am I now? How long would it take me to find some place out side in a natural environment where I can feel free and alive and the fresh air will make me happy.
