Natural Breast Enhancement Pills - Is This a Really Bad Idea?

A growing number of women are unsatisfied with their current bust size.
Many of these ladies secretly dread bikini season, and are often too embarrassed to wear anything remotely revealing when they go out.
Even some mothers whose breasts have begun to sag in recent years are desperate to regain their youthful, "perky" appearance, and are willing to take whatever actions are necessary to make this a reality.
As most of us are well aware, breast enhancement is a topic on a lot of people's minds these days, and is a topic of discussion among more women than ever.
Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of controversy surrounding both the risks and costs associated with surgical breast augmentation.
For this reason, many women have been on the lookout for proven alternatives, often in the form of natural breast enhancement creams and supplements.
In particular, breast enhancement pills and other products being sold online have captured the attention of countless young (and even not-so-young) ladies looking to achieve their desired appearance without breaking the bank or compromising their health.
Many of the manufacturers and vendors of breast enhancement pills make claims that their product can add 2-3 cup sizes to a woman's breasts in as little as 3 months.
Generally speaking, these natural breast enlargement products are comprised of certain chemicals known as phyto-estrogens.
These plant-derived phyto-estrogens are structurally similar to a woman's actual estrogen, and are believed to stimulate the body's estrogen receptors (particularly those located in the breast tissue), which in turn fill out the breasts on a supposedly permanent basis.
Of course, the specific ingredients used in various breast enhancement supplements and creams can vary considerably depending upon the actual manufacturer that created the product.
These ingredients can include, but are not limited to Chinese and Siberian ginseng, wild yam extract, Dong Quai, and Fenugreek extract, among others.
It is worth noting that these products may have some potential side effects due to their estrogen-like qualities.
You see, there are a few known risks of taking pure estrogen supplements, such as uterine tissue growth and maybe even cancer.
For this reason, both hormone replacement therapy and birth control pills will almost always be administered with a certain amount of progesterone (which counters these effects), just to be on the safe side.
On the other hand, there is really no evidence linking natural breast enhancement products to such health risks.
Likewise, there is nothing to suggest that these products will compromise normal menstrual cycles or a woman's ability to conceive.
That said, there are still a couple of really important points you need to keep in mind if you do decide to enhance your bust line with a natural breast enhancement product: 1.
Be sure to follow the directions precisely.
You need to trust that the product's formulators have your health and safety in mind, and that the dosages they suggest are there to protect you, while still having the maximum possible effect.
2.
Realize that these products are not overnight fixes, and that you will likely need to continue using the product for a minimum of 6 months to enjoy its full benefits.
While you can certainly save yourself thousands of dollars over the costs of surgical breast augmentation, you will also need to employ just a bit of patience when you go the natural route.
