Dinner: Start including a lot more fish in your diet.
Fish is one of the most important foods in your diet, but most people are not eating enough fish in their weekly diet.
You should be eating fish every two to three days.
You also want to eat fruits and vegetables every day.

When you eat oatmeal in the morning, it is very important to take your vitamins and take a natural cholesterol control supplement.
