Texturizing powder gives your volume, texture, and styling options that hair without texture powder just couldn't achieve. You'll find texture powder in small light weight tube shaped containers with small holes in the top. To use, sprinkle the product lightly into your hair at the scalp and through the midshaft. My Tips for Using Biosilk Volumizing Therapy Texturizing Powder

The powder will feel a little odd, if you've never used it. The light powser adheres to your hair and gives your hair a little dirty grip that both moves and amplifies your style with little effort. The unique aspect of this volumizing powder in particular is that it also has a cooling effect when applied. I don't know if the cooling effect helps give you a styling advantage, but it feels great and it's my favorite product to use for styling my hair after a workout when my head is hot.

If you love the look of back combed or bumped hair, Biosilk Volumizing Therapy Texturizing Powder will give your back comb grip that you've never experienced. Apply the powder at your roots before backcombing for a style that won't budge. I like to put texture powder in my hair before practically any style, but it's especially perfect for added volume in updo's and helps freshly washed hair stay put in braids. It's amazing for keeping my blowout looking fresh and prevents it from going flat before the end of the day. I never style my freshly washed hair without a little texturizing powder to take the squeaky clean out of my hair.

I often use Volumizing Therapy Texturizing Powder in place of (or in addition to) my regular dry shampoo, and I highly recommend it for girls that tend to get oily half way through the day. It's great for use after the gym when you don't have time to shampoo but need something to absorb the excess sweat an oil.

I highly recommend giving this super cool texture powder a try. As with all texture powders, a little truly goes a long way. Too much product will result in a gunky feeling and dark hair could experience some lightening in color. Sometimes the product comes out a little quickly from it's packaging, but after a few uses you'll be used to flow and have full control.
