When attempting to make an informed decision if ObamaCare is unconstitutional, you just really need to ponder one question.
When considering the federal government, has it ever been involved in an American's everyday life by mandating a law against inactivity.
Of course, the answer is a resounding no.
This is exactly though what it is doing in regards to ObamaCare (aka health reform).
In other words, it is mandating rules and regulations if we as Americans make a choice to not participate in universal healthcare reform.
Last time I checked, the Constitution allowed us the freedom of "choice".
Why should this be any different? This in fact is the reason that ObamaCare is unconstitutional.
It is also the reason why we need to do everything in our power to stop it.
Our founding fathers believed whole heartedly that as Americans we should not be forced into doing anything.
In this particular instance the federal government is forcing us to purchase healthcare.
With ObamaCare, health insurance is not free.
It must be purchased and we as Americans are being forced to make that purchase.
It is not free, and we are not given a choice.
This would make our founding fathers hang their head in shame.
Now, this of course does not apply to things such as being forced to follow laws such as not stealing, murdering, or rape.
This by far is a whole different entity.
This is a law governing inactivity, and is totally and utterly unconstitutional.
Remember that this "free" healthcare will involve everyone paying a monthly premium.
Sure low income individuals may get some or all of it back when tax time rolls around.
But, has anyone figured out where they are going to get the money in the first place? Most liberals tend to make extremely light of this fact, and garner no way on how to solve it.
Many of them are neglecting to work out the details because of the so called human rights victory they are focused on instead.
Think of this way.
If someone makes minimum wage, where are they going to find the money for food, clothes, and shelter PLUS a monthly healthcare premium? Totally ridiculous.
You may wonder why our government didn't consider this prior to introducing this healthcare bill? Wonderful question.
Sadly, many of them haven't even read the bill.
Too long and too confusing.
I'm not joking.
The figured the "kinks" would be worked out AFTER the bill was passed.
Very, very scary realization America.
We are heading towards living in a dictatorship if ObamaCare stands.
We are being told what we must do, and being threatened with repercussions if we don't do as the government tells us to do.
This is a democracy? I don't think so.
If you think about this, really think about this, is this the kind of power the government should have? Imagine where this could lead America.
We have one foot into the land of Socialism, and we just need one more tiny push to get both feet there.
If you believe that ObamaCare is unconstitutional, don't stay silent.
The best thing that we as Americans can do is stick together and voice our distaste in the direction our government and this wonderful United States of America is heading.
No matter if your are rich, poor, or somewhere in the middle, you are an important part of what makes this USA so great.

Whether you are a doctor, lawyer, chef, accountant, dancer, etc, let your voice be heard.
