No "Happy Holiday" salutations for me,...
this is the Christmas Season,...
celebrating the birth of Jesus,...
Nativity Scenes,...
Baby Jesus,...
Angels,...
Christmas Trees,...
Christmas Lights,...
Santa Claus,...
Christmas presents.
For our Jewish friends it is The Celebration of Chanukah.
There are many businesses that increase their sales by millions of dollars by selling Christmas related merchandise and services.
These same businesses advertise Happy Holidays, instruct the employees to say Happy Holidays, some have even ordered the employees not to say Merry Christmas.
Of course this is their God-given right, also the incredible advantage of living in this revered Nation.
It is also my right to spend money with companies that acknowledge Christmas...
I know it takes time to check them out, but it is well worth the effort...
Our dollar is valuable and, we need to let retailers know how we feel.
I do not object to other religious celebrations, I object to the dumbing down of Christmas.
Our Nation was founded on Judeo- Christian concepts and values, some question why the founders embraced the Judeo Christian theology.
The Founding Fathers, through their writings, left us their thoughts.
They felt despite the differences between the two religions, the moral values that Judeo Christian teachings embraced were strong and rested in the Old and New Testament.
I quote Dennis Pager, "Those Judeo Christian values have made America the greatest experiment in human progress and liberty and the greatest force for good in history.
" It is essential to understand not only is Judeo Christian theology present throughout our history, it is our culture, resulting in democracy and our Republic.
America is vastly different from any other country; we are a culture based on religious values that work within a system that does not require anyone to have or practice a religion.
How do we explain what "Judeo-Christian" means? We believe in liberty-unlike other nations who believe in theocracy, equality and conformity.
A Judeo-Christian value makes us different and therefore creates a distinction between America, and other nations.
One cannot forget our money and the messages it bears.
"In God we Trust" and "Liberty" There are many who want to deny and remove America's heritage of Judeo Christian Theology.
We believe in the moral value of dying to liberate countries, along with the belief in American exceptionalism, these outstanding qualities must be protected.
We in turn must stand up for what our Founding Fathers gifted to us.
Once lost you can be rest assured it will never be returned.
Christmas is one more celebration when we see Americans at their best, giving, and helping others, a prime example is the United States Marine Corp, putting their lives on the line in battle..

and then, the soft side collecting Toys for Tots...
There are so many other organizations too numerous to count, who are helping and contributing, Thank you America, you always come through, Thank you to those who serve in Uniform, and their families, so that we may enjoy the fruits of our Great Nation.
