There's a big new name for little and it's Junrey Balawing, who has taken the crown as the world's shortest man. Here, Guinness World Record confirms that Balawing measures just 23.6 inches tall.

February 2012 Update: Junrey Balawing has been topped (in a manner of speaking) by 72-year-old Chandra Bahadur Dangi of Nepal, who stands at just 21.5 inches (54.6 centimeters) tall.
